The project “Cultural Synergy: Advancing the approach to care labour shortage through Filipino-Nordic joint stakeholder cooperation” is a 2-year pioneer aiming to gain a deeper understanding of opportunities, challenges and barriers related to recruitment and integration of labour from third countries in a Northern European context.

The project will develop  educational materials to bridge the gap between European and Filipino culture, enabling care education and labour market integration.
Cooperation between educational institutions and business
Equal access and transition to labour market
Overcoming skills mismatch and addressing the needs of the labour market
Primary beneficiaries:

Healthcare educators and care-sector stakeholders, including training supervisors and managers at training sites and workplaces

Secondary beneficiaries:

Migrants from third countries—specifically from the Philippines and South Asia—who will use the educational materials developed within the project.
